The Armani watch AR2012 watch was a gift and was exactly what was expected, stylish and well-made. The instruction booklet that came with the watch, however, had little to do with the model purchased. Directions on how to adjust the metal band were clearly written for a leather band, and subsequent efforts to contact the company through their web site and email to Customer Service were stunningly useless. In short, nice watch, lousy instructions and even worse quality management and customer support.
